Quickly Own a Home with Little Money Down
To help in your decision making process, CRICON provides a repair level or rating for each property listed on our site.
HOW DO PROPERTY RATINGS WORK?: When we have the opportunity to inspect our homes for sale, we list their property ratings based upon the level of work we feel they will need to be habitable. Please keep in mind that these are only visual inspections and that you may have the property professionally inspected if you’d like. We usually do not have utilities on so we may not always be able to inform you of the condition of the utilities.
Usually, the lower the number, the better the condition the home. Each area that we look at receives 1 point if it needs repair/replacing. Therefore:
Rating 0 is usually one of the best properties as it will need little to no work to move into.
Rating 10 is usually one of the worst properties as it may fail the visual inspection of all 10 of our areas.
A “U” rating means that the property is uninspected as we have not had the opportunity to do an inspection.
Our ratings are based on: Electrical, roof, foundation/flooring, walls, cleanup, structure, windows, plumbing, neighborhood and termite or water damage. Each area receives 1 point if issues are found or if we are unsure of the condition.
We suggest you go out for yourself and inspect our homes for yourself.
“AS-IS”: Our properties are sold “as-is” without warranties or guarantees.
CAUTION: Properties may suffer theft or vandalism and as a result the furnace, water heater, electric and/or plumbing may be inoperable, stolen or damaged.
